Special Effects & Services are a specialist in control system design, PLC programming, HMI/SCADA programming, installation & commissioning of bespoke automated machinery for the pre-cast concrete industry.

PLC systems:

Primarily OMRON—C20, C**K, C200H, C200HS, C200Hα, CQM, CS1, CPM1, CPM2, CJ1, CJ2 etc..

Others include ALLEN BRADLEY, MITSUBISHI, SIEMENS S7, TELEMECHANIQUE PL7.

HMI/Scada systems:

Telemechanique XBT, Siemens Factory Link, Wonderware Intouch, CX-Supervisor, Omron NT panels.

Electrical systems:

Inverters, Encoders, Transducers, Sensors, Servos.

Special Effects & Services also provide fault finding / rectification / modification services for automated machinery in the pre-cast concrete industry; these services are also extended to other automated machinery sectors providing that sufficient program / electrical schematic documentation is available.
